Closing up the outside of the house
Siding and trim are the house’s raincoat. A cracked vinyl panel, a gap at a corner or a loose run of soffit is an open invitation for water, wind and wildlife. Repairs are matched to what you have, and the underlying sheathing and wrap are checked while things are open.
Cedar shake and natural wood
Cedar shake has a warmth vinyl can’t match — dormers and gables especially. It’s installed with proper exposure and spacing so it can breathe, and finished to suit the rest of the house.
Soffit and fascia
Soffit and fascia take a beating from ice, wind and falling limbs. Bent or rotten fascia gets replaced, soffit gets refastened or replaced, and the gutter gets re-hung so water goes where it should.
